Hot chocolate
CHOCO ALIVA hot chocolate
- Whole milk – 500 ml
- CHOCO ALIVA premix – 10 tsp
Time: 15 min
Cups: 2
- Put the necessary amount of CHOCO ALIVA premix into a separate cup
- Warm the milk up on the stove
- When the milk gets hot, add a small amount to the cup
- Stir the milk and the premix until smooth essence
- Pour this essence into hot milk
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes

Syrop
CHOCO ALIVA Syrop
- 1/2 cup of CHOCO ALIVA premix
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- Pinch of salt
- Whisk CHOCO ALIVA premix, flour and sugar together in a bowl.
- Chop butter into smaller pieces and heat it in a saucepan with vanilla extract and milk till butter melts. Stir occasionally.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into butter mixture. Increase the heat.
- Cook for 5 minutes after mixture comes to a simmer. Turn of the heat. Stir in a pinch of salt.
Brownies
CHOCO ALIVA brownies
- Butter 180 g
- CHOCO ALIVA Premix 150 gr
- Brown Sugar 100 g
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat flour 100 g
- Walnuts 100 g
Time: 45 min
Pieces: 6
- Preheat oven to 300°. Put baking paper in a square pan.
- Chop walnuts into small pieces.
- Beat eggs while gradually adding brown sugar until blended.
- Roughly cut butter into small pieces, then put it into a heat-proof bowl.
- Put the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Make sure water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Keep stirring till butter melts.
- Beat sugar-eggs mixture and butter together in a large bowl. Stir flour mixture in just until incorporated.
- Stir CHOCO ALIVA premix in to add rich and luscious flavor to your brownies.
- Stir in nuts.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until sugar crust appears, about 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into square pieces.
